In 2018 a UK-based engineering consultancy hired Andrew to help them identify their Vision, Mission and Values.
This was deemed necessary because the company had expanded significantly through a mixture of organic growth and acquisition; the business needed a greater sense of unity and a clear sense of purpose.
Andrew designed a questionnaire asking 200+ employees about their views of the company, compiled the results and used this feedback to inform a Visioning Day which he facilitated for a representative group. With his help, the company now has greater clarity in its vision and identity. Its leadership is currently busy embedding its new Vision, Mission and Values into the company’s day to day activities.
