In 2014 Andrew was approach by the MD of quantity surveyors Poole Dick; they wanted help to find an inspiring vision for the company.

In 2014 Andrew was approach by the MD of quantity surveyors Poole Dick; they wanted help to find an inspiring vision for the company.

Based in Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent, the company was keen to refresh its image and galvanise its workforce behind a common goal. The result was a reputational vision, to have the Poole Dick Way widely recognised as a model within the industry.

Andrew suggested an Inside-Out approach, with a focus on leadership development, culture and workspace, and the company engaged him as an in-house coach and consultant.

As a result the company has successfully differentiated its brand, often winning work on reputation and an alignment of values rather than price.

In 2017 the company won a national People Development award from the body Constructing Excellence. Andrew continues to work with Poole Dick as a Brand Ambassador and blogger.
